WEBMASTER - The Web Designer will be responsible for management of the companies multiple websites..

Responsible for designing and maintaining the site architecture and flow of information for the websites. Responsible for web design (enhancing look and feel), structure, navigation, web content management, building the corporate taxonomy, search capabilities, etc.

Responsible for change management for all production websites, implementing changes in a controlled, timely manner.

Perform general system administration including security, access control, and traffic reporting. This position works with Corporate Communications on web design and web content management.

Essential Functions:

 

- Manage, maintain, and update websites (including layout and content) using authoring and scripting languages, content creation tools, and portal development tools.

 

- Work collaboratively with Corporate Communications department to define and refine web standards, graphic design, screen layouts, and navigational features.

 

- Develop, refine, and implement high quality customer experiences using strong information architecture, visual design, and customer experience skills.

 

- Perform general system administration, including user admin, maintaining security access, and monitoring website utilization. Monitor sites for content currency and link functionality.

 

- Develop and maintain formal documentation of Web sites and standards.

 

- Ensure consistent use of applicable guidelines for style, design and architecture.

 

- Respond for e-mails directed to the Webmaster.

Qualifications

Previous experience designing and administering a corporate internet/intranet preferred. Position required in-depth knowledge of HTML,  and Internet graphic formats and requirements, knowledge of ASP and Javascript a plus. Also requires proven project management abilities, familiarity with server hardware and connectivity, and the ability to work in "Internet time". Experience designing websites using such software as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

The proper candidate must have strong design skills and a portfolio of web sites where he/she acted as the lead designer. Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, ColdFusion, and JSP is also vital. The candidate must be adept at PhotoShop, DreamWeaver (or similar tools), Flash, and should have experience with site management tools, FTP.

 

 

BUSINESS MANAGER - Will report to CEO about overall corporate sales plan.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Focus initiatives and utilization of corporate tools to achieve maximum sales including managing contracts, networking with clients and management to maximize efforts and end results.

Plan and schedule sales calls and initiate contact with current customers and potential new customers.
Coordinate and participate in trade shows and technical meetings as appropriate to grow sales/develop current and new customers.


Coordinate pre- and post- sales of products and services.


Provide or coordinate technical advice as required to support sales programs.


Analyze territory sales and performance against objectives and initiate action plans to capitalize upon or create opportunities.


Evaluate competitive products, market strategies and sales techniques and promotions to maintain current business and grow potential business.
